Dry wine with a light yellow color. Produced using the traditional method in Sant Sadurni d’Anoia D.O. Cava from Xarello, Macabeo and Parellada grapes. In the aroma and taste noticeable, butter , brioche, apple, pear, melon, peach in the background ripe citrus fruits well balanced high acidity crisp mineral well arranged bubbles.
